These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of breatheoasis.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from goBU, Inc. ("goBU," "we," "us," "our"), a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 333 E Commonwealth Ave, Apt 202, Chandler, AZ 85225. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview
OASIS is a single-use, disposable wearable Heat & Moisture Exchanger, sold with a VaporTab insert included. Products sold through the Site are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order through the Site.
3. Product Information and Health Disclaimer
OASIS is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it has not been evaluated by the FDA. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have concerns about airway or respiratory health, consult a physician before use.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the OASIS name, logo, and related trademarks, are the property of goBU, Inc. or its licensors. OASIS technology is covered by an issued U.S. Utility Patent. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to attempt unauthorized access to the Site's systems.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites linked from the Site.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOBU, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold goBU, Inc. harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
