Throughout his career, Mr. Conlon has held senior executive leadership positions with both entrepreneurial ventures and publicly traded medical device companies, leading organizations responsible for sales, marketing, operations, business development, strategic partnerships, and commercial execution. His experience includes launching new technologies, building high-performing commercial organizations, negotiating strategic partnerships, raising capital, and executing growth strategies across domestic and international markets.

A defining strength of Mr. Conlon's career is his deep experience in respiratory healthcare. Over more than 30 years, he has worked closely with pulmonologists, sleep physicians, ENT specialists, respiratory therapists, durable medical equipment providers, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare executives, developing an in-depth understanding of respiratory physiology, patient care, reimbursement, clinical adoption, and healthcare commercialization. This unique combination of clinical market knowledge and executive leadership provides OASIS with an important strategic advantage as it builds the Personal Respiratory Wellness category.

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Conlon is responsible for the Company's overall strategic direction, corporate development, financing activities, commercialization strategy, investor relations, and long-term growth initiatives. His vision is to position OASIS as the global leader in Personal Respiratory Wellness by translating clinically established respiratory science into intuitive consumer products that improve everyday respiratory health.

Andrew Sparg is Chief Financial Officer of goBU, Inc., the company behind OASIS. He is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a CFA charterholder, with more than two decades in structured finance, credit and private investment.

He began his career as an articled clerk at KPMG in Cape Town before joining Investec Bank plc in 2001. Over nearly eleven years there, his roles included Structured Finance Consultant and Joint Head of Credit, and he served on the bank’s credit and investment committees. He went on to become a Principal at The Magus Group, a privately owned investment firm focused on private equity, specialized finance and structured property transactions, and later served as Chief Operating Officer of Greenpoint Capital, a private credit investment manager.

Andrew is also a Principal at Exiges Capital, a Cape Town structuring and transactional support boutique, and a Director of Humid Med Technology. At goBU he brings disciplined capital allocation and financial leadership to the company.

Megan Adant is Chief Operating Officer of goBU, Inc., the company behind OASIS, a role she has held since 2025. She brings more than 30 years of finance and operations experience, with a record of leading financial strategy and governance across e-commerce, logistics and investment groups.

Most recently she spent about a decade as Head of Finance at OneDayOnly.co.za, with responsibility for full accounting functions, reporting and cash flow optimization. Earlier roles include Finance Manager at Cashnet Logistics and at The Magus Group, where her work included launching fintech solutions such as Booksure, and Financial Director at Blue Ink Investments, where she managed international accounts.

Megan’s focus is scaling businesses, implementing robust financial systems and delivering disciplined growth. At OASIS she applies that to operations across product development, supply chain and commercial readiness.

Jessica Adant is Chief Marketing Officer at OASIS by goBU, where she leads brand, strategy and communications. Her career has moved from buying and procurement, through e-commerce and technical project management, into marketing and brand leadership, which gives her an end-to-end view of how products are built, sourced and sold.

Before joining OASIS she was a Technical Project Manager at Ecomplete Commerce, leading cross-functional teams on Shopify retail accounts, and a Senior Account Manager at ATYPICAL. At Supernova Brands she served as Head of Division for Home & Living and as Head of Procurement, and earlier roles include Rewards Buyer at The Shoprite Group of Companies.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management and a B.Com Honours in Strategy and Innovation, both from Stellenbosch University. She brings the same rigor to marketing that she built managing procurement, logistics and delivery teams, treating growth as something to be measured, tested and refined.

Dr. Anderson is a Regional Chief Medical Officer within a large integrated, not-for-profit health system, where he oversees quality, patient safety, and physician operations across multiple hospitals, acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, hospice and palliative care, and a geriatric medicine training program. He brings more than 15 years of hospital and medical group leadership focused on patient experience and safe, high-quality care.

A board-certified general surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, he practiced acute care and emergency surgery before moving into physician leadership. He earned his MD from the University of Southern California and his MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and he holds healthcare quality improvement certificates from Intermountain Healthcare and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

He has served on the boards of the Neighborhood Physician Alliance, a 4,700+ member physician network; the Sun Health Foundation, which promotes healthy living for seniors; and Horizon Laboratory Services.
